From the moment you arrive, you can enjoy the comfort and convenience of a new and carefully designed apartment.

Everything You Need for a Comfortable Stay

The building features a modern elevator, providing convenient access from the apartment to the basement and making your stay comfortable for guests of all ages. For guests planning a longer stay, we also offer two washing machines in the basement. You can use them whenever you need to refresh your clothes during your stay — an especially convenient feature for families and guests staying for several days or weeks.

• Getting around Dresden is easy from our apartments at Lößnitzstraße 18. With the Dresden-Neustadt railway station only about 300 meters away, you can reach public transport within just a few minutes on foot.
• From Dresden-Neustadt station, guests have access to regional trains, S-Bahn services, Intercity and ICE trains, making it convenient not only to explore Dresden but also to travel to other cities and destinations in the region.
• The nearby tram and bus network provides easy connections throughout Dresden. From the area, you can conveniently reach important locations such as Albertplatz, Dresden Hauptbahnhof, Postplatz and Dresden city center.

For guests arriving by train, the apartment is particularly convenient — you can simply get off at Dresden-Neustadt station and walk to your accommodation. • Dresden-Neustadt is known for its lively atmosphere, charming streets, cafés, restaurants, bars, independent shops, and vibrant cultural scene. It is a great area for guests who want to experience Dresden while also enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a local neighborhood.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is close by. You will find shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday amenities within easy reach.

Convenient Shopping – Even on Sundays

One of the great advantages of our location is the nearby Dresden-Neustadt train station, which is only a short walk from the apartment. At the station, you will find Lidl and ROSSMANN, making it very convenient to pick up groceries and everyday essentials during your stay:

• Lidl offers everything you need for cooking in your apartment, including fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, bread, meat, frozen food, and many other groceries.
• ROSSMANN is perfect for personal care products, household items, cleaning supplies, laundry products, and other everyday essentials

A particularly convenient feature for our guests is that both stores are open 7days/week even on Sundays from 08:00 to 21:00. This means you can arrive on a Sunday and still easily buy groceries for your first meal or anything you may have forgotten to bring. You can enjoy the freedom of having your own kitchen and the convenience of being able to shop for what you need — even on Sunday.
